This mold is used to form ballistic gelatin to the Full Swat (19x16x9) & Half Swat Block sizes(19x16x6). Each mold is brushed on the exterior with high-speed steel brush. The inner corners are round with high temperature silicon, which is heat resistant to 500F. All molds are 20 gauge galvanized steel. 20 gauge galvanized steel Brushed steel exterior with Welded corners. One Metal mold (19L X 16W x 10H). Clear Ballistics manufactures this ballistic gelatin mold. One Set of instructions melting instructions per order. Total volume: 3040 Cubic Inches / 52.64 US quarts / 13.1 US gals Volume for ballistic gelatin: 2888 Cubic inches. All corners are weld for strength. This mold size is 19 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 10 inches in height (19L X 16W x 10H). This mold will hold 90 lbs of ballistic gelatin.
